Prized for its extraordinary light diffusion effects, Spanish alabaster has long been used in place of windows in churches and in other applications where a sense of awe is desired. Calliope sets a stunning slab of Spanish alabaster on a cast copper backplate clasped into place with pieces of strong metal in brackets that accent the piece while breaking the frame.
Note: Due to the narrow width of this wall lamp, it is not compatible with the standard American JBOX junction box. This lamp requires a specially sized junction box to ensure a proper fit; otherwise, gaps may occur on both sides.

This is a really cool product and gives great ambient light. However, I would caution that this is NOT bright. If you something for reading or really doing anything other than just an evening warmth, you might want to look at brighter products. I personally really like it, but I feel like I should caution this
Omg where has this light been all my life?! I have a short, but super dark hallway upstairs with no electrical outlets. So easy to assemble and use. And now FINALLY we can have a bit of light in the hallway for my kids.
So so happy with this purchase. Worth every penny.
