At The Willow Fit, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your chandelier or lighting product is not the right fit for your space or does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges. Creating a beautiful home should always be worry-free.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within Malaysia and the United States.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for lighting products that are:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled
  • In original packaging with all included parts and accessories
  • Free from scratches, marks, wiring modifications, or signs of installation

Items that have been installed, altered, damaged, or are missing components cannot be returned.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or customized lighting
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products with signs of installation or electrical connection

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@thewillowfit.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label by email.
  3. Pack the lighting item securely in its original box and send it back using the label provided.

We do not accept in-person returns or third-party courier drop-offs.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return shipping is free.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Exchange shipments will be sent back to you at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollar).
    If you paid in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply their own conversion rates or fees.
