  1. This fan cannot be installed on a ceiling with joists + gypsum board or wood panels (may cause noise and wobbling issues).
  2. This fan cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings (installation on cement concrete and solid wood beams is acceptable).
  3. If the installation surface has round or square grooves, please inform customer service of the groove's diameter and depth.
  4. Sloped ceilings cannot be installed; the beam width should be at least 6 cm and the ceiling must support over 20 kg.

No Returns

I have been trying to return a ceiling fan but customer service refuses and says I must pay customs. More to come...

Everything is legitimate. Nice fan.

Knowing that I was ordering directly from factory in China, I figured I was taking a risk. Their website and email communication has some small language issues but everything was prompt. The fan arrived faster than they said it will take. The instruction that came with it was for another model (or they updated the design). But if you have some common sense you can figure out how it goes together. The fan is built a bit cheaper than I expected but for the price very nice. Every feature worked as it should. Our bedroom is 13 x 13 so we wanted a smaller fan that looked nice and this was one of few options I can find. (I found this same one on another site for much more.) Also the fan is pretty quiet. Bottom line: I鈥檓 happy I took a chance with Ceeli and I would more than likely buy other items from them in the future.

Very happy with the product quality. More than exceeded expectation, but disappointed with the time it took to receive it. Expected shipping time was 4 to 6 weeks, but our order took over 2 months to receive. Tracking information provided and updates from the shipper were almost useless. We suggest that the shipping method, and tracking and communication need improvement.
